Common questions

What happens before a jobsite visit?
We start with a phone conversation. Book a call or request a callback so we can discuss your project first. If you’re interested in moving forward, we’ll arrange a jobsite visit together.
What should I include in an estimate request?
Include your nearest town or ZIP code, the service you need, the approximate size of the job, and your preferred timing. Photos of the work area and the equipment access route are helpful.
What affects the cost of ground work?
The amount of work, access, terrain, ground conditions, materials, cleanup, and travel can all affect an estimate. Describing these details helps define the scope for your particular property.
Do you work outside Missouri?
Our service area includes Missouri and surrounding states in the Midwest. Share your location and project scope so we can discuss travel and whether the job is a fit.
How should I plan for equipment access?
Note gates, narrow passages, overhead obstructions, steep ground, and soft areas. Include photos of the route from the road to the work area when describing your project.
How are materials and cleanup handled?
Include your expectations for debris, excavated soil, and any new gravel or dirt in the project discussion. Material supply, removal, and the condition of the finished site need to be agreed as part of the scope.
